Faxless Payday Loans
Paying extra for our usual income was not what we had in mind. We never thought there would come a time when payday would cease to bee good enough, when the relief of a paycheck would not satisfy our intense hunger for financial fulfillment. We've become greedy, we've become hungry consumers, we've become dependent upon faxless payday loans!
A growing dependency on faxless payday loans
The faster and easier payday loans become, the more problems seem to ensue. Initially, a payday advance took some serious time and was only available at pawnshops and loan sharks. Check advance stores lent some legitimacy to the industry, but the process as still long and widely unnecessary. Then the Internet came and ruined everything:
- faster applications
- more cash advance options
- relaxed qualifications
- no credit checks and eventually the faxless payday loan.
LImited personal information and a disregard for one's financial history is a recipe for financial disaster, and indeed this disaster is baking to perfection when you look at the stats associated with faxless payday loans.
- 96% of all no fax payday loans go to people taking out 5 or more loans a year
- over 95% of all faxless payday loans fall into some form of delayed or negligent repayment
- over 80% of all applicants believe their loans carry an affordable 40% APR ( the real number is more like 500%)
- and over 40% of all applicants think they are getting a " good deal" on their payday advances.
The numbers speak for themselves - we have no idea how these financial tools work.
Never a good deal
Any credit card charging 30% APR in today's low-rate market is a bad deal - there are thousands of cards carrying lower rates and one of them is bound to provide you with credit. But when we are paying 500% APR for faxless payday loans, that can't be seen as just a bad deal, the only way to look at it is usury. But the laws don't apply - the people making the laws are also making millions off no faxing payday loans - so its up to you to know when to say when and to know when you in fact should take out a payday advance ( hint: it is less often than you think).
